Caledon Card, Corporate Headshots

We love when a company decides to blow up their entire website and update their employees corporate headshots.  This is so important because it gives companies a polished and professional look.  I am also really pleased to see the use of black and white come back into play. Black and white has a classic look that will never go out of style, and can make a business really stand out! Here's a few shots from our session with Caledon Card.  I will post their link once the new website is in effect!

Baby Harper, Oh so Sweet & 2 months old!

We are having baby fever here at LOCPS and personally I LOVE it!  Every stage in a child's first year is so important.  They change so quickly that a month is more like a year for them in terms of physical and mental development as well as the way they look.  We always have people comment on who our children look like, and you would be surprised to find that it's a tie in our situation, some say they look like me (they better I did all the work!!!) and others say my husband.  But it's all in great fun because they are forever changing.  And although I agree that newborn photos are so extremely important, I think the time until a child reaches 6 months can sometimes be over looked.  We had a great time photographing Harper (love the name!) at two months old, and I know her parents are going to cherish these images, not just cause they're awesome (I'm patting myself on the back since Jeff never does!), but because when they look back on these even one year from now they will be shocked to see the change! Take a look and don't worry, it's ok if you catch yourself saying "Awwwee" to the computer screen! Love LOCPS xoxo

Beautiful baby Owen photographs with LOCPS

There is something so beautiful about babies.  Maybe, it's the way they smell and the peaceful way they sleep.  I know anyone who is a parent feels this, when they are not completely sleep deprived and surviving on coffee or adrenaline.  I'd like to reassure everyone that it gets better... but having  a 4 and almost 2 year old myself... it doesn't actually get better the chaos just changes.  Though with slightly more sleep under your belt you feel you can tackle this head on... or with a mop and bucket! We had the privilege of photographing Melissa and Nicks wedding and were so happy to hear that they were expecting.  Once we met Owen we saw why they were so in love with their adorable little guy! He has a very relaxed personality and you can definitely see it in the photos.  He was also the first baby we had who didn't pee on absolutely everything! Here are some pics!
